Wedding Cake Pricing
Wedding cakes begin at $500, which covers the cake itself with a smooth buttercream finish. Most Toronto couples choose designs with sugar flowers, textured buttercream, or custom detailing, bringing the average investment for a 4-tier cake (serving approximately 78 guests) to around $900.
Size is based on how the cake will be served—whether as the main dessert for your reception or as a late-night treat—so every guest enjoys a slice at just the right moment.

The Process
01. inquiry
Get started with the contact page on the website!. A detailed questionnaire will then be sent to you for more information about your special day. My recommendation is to start the process at least 10-12 months in advance.. If you have photos of the style of cake you have in mind, or a mood board from your planner or florist, send those too!
02. cake sketches & pricing
Once I have all of those details, you will receive a fully customized set of design sketches with pricing tailored to each sketch.
03. tasting box
Tasting boxes will be available on a set day every month, except during wedding season. This box is not customizable, but rather contains a preset offering of five of the most popular flavors. It's a great way to get an idea of the quality of Kellie’s cakes and the possible choices available to you. Cost of the box is $40.
04. contract & retainer
A contract will be delivered via email and a 50% retainer is required to book.
05. confirmation & final payment
5 weeks prior to the wedding, a final confirmation of details will be emailed, as well as firming up any details needed for delivery. A balance reminder will be sent 2 weeks prior.
06. city-savvy delivery & setup
Today’s the day! Your cake will be delivered to your requested location at the confirmed time. I handle all logistics, ensuring your cake is flawless and perfectly placed at your Toronto venue.
