The Stella Collective
Since 2022, I’ve had the joy of being on The Stella Collective’s Preferred Vendor list, and honestly? Their venues are some of my very favourite places to deliver wedding cakes. Each one has its own personality—rustic, elegant, modern, or downright grand—and they all make the perfect backdrop for a wedding day (and a cake that deserves to be in the spotlight!).
The Downtown Venues: Cellar 52 & Timber Barn
There’s something so special about the downtown St. Jacobs vibe—charming streets, riverside views, and that lively energy that makes a wedding feel like a true celebration.
Cellar 52 has this cozy, historic feel with white walls & black window sills, intimate suites upstairs, and even a riverside ceremony spot. It’s perfect for couples who want a warm, romantic setting where every corner feels photo-worthy.
Timber Barn is all about rustic charm—high ceilings, wood beams, and that classic barn atmosphere that’s both relaxed and elegant. Cakes here always feel right at home, whether it’s a buttercream beauty with sugar flowers or something sleek and modern that stands out against the wood.
Both venues have such a fun, welcoming energy—it’s impossible not to imagine a cake cutting surrounded by laughter and dancing!
The Acred Venues: Elle by Stella & Wren House
If you’re dreaming of something more expansive and dramatic, Elle and Wren House are the ones to look at. Set in the countryside along the Conestoga River, they have this wide-open, airy feeling that just makes a wedding day flow seamlessly from ceremony to photos to reception—all in one place.
Elle by Stella has a clean, modern look—bright, elegant, and a little bit glamorous. It’s the perfect setting for a refined, multi-tiered cake with sugar flowers or metallic details.
Wren House feels like pure countryside romance. Rolling grass, gorgeous views, and a space that begs for a cake design that’s lush, floral, and a touch whimsical.
These venues make big weddings feel effortless, and they photograph like a dream.
The People Who Make It All Happen
One of the biggest reasons I love delivering to The Stella Collective isn’t just the venues—it’s the people behind them. Their staff is always so kind, organized, and genuinely fun to work with. You can tell they truly care about every couple and every detail of the day. Stella Collective also goes above and beyond with their couples, hosting tasting nights that I look forward to every year—they’re such a highlight for me and such a thoughtful touch for the couples. It’s that combination of beautiful spaces and an incredible team that makes these venues so special.
Why Being a Preferred Vendor Matters
Because I’ve been delivering to Stella Collective venues for a few years now, I know the ins and outs—where to set up, how the timing flows, and how to make sure your cake display looks its very best in the space. That familiarity takes away the stress so you can just enjoy the fun part: cutting into a cake that’s been designed just for you.
Bringing Your Cake Vision to Life
Every one of The Stella Collective’s venues has its own character, which means your cake can be designed to truly belong there—whether that’s something rustic and textural, polished and elegant, or bold and dramatic.
If you’re planning your wedding at Cellar 52, Timber Barn, Elle, or Wren House, I’d love to create a cake that feels perfectly at home in your venue and unforgettable on your wedding day.
